DECISIÓN En consecuencia, este TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS BEJUMA, MONTALBAN Y MIRANDA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, Administrando Justicia, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY: Declara: CON LUGAR la solicitud de Divorcio por IMCOMPATIBILIDAD DE CARACTERES entre los ciudadanos: IRMA MARÍA TOVAR DE SILVA y NILSIO RAMON TORRES; Venezolanos, mayores de edad, Titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V- 4.872.570 y V-7.516.107 respectivamente, en consecuencia, queda disuelto el vínculo matrimonial que los mismos contrajeron en fecha Veintitrés (23) de Noviembre del Dos Mil Doce (2012), por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio Montalbán del Estado Carabobo según acta de Matrimonio N° 72, de la referida fecha.
