IV DECISIÓN En razón de lo expuesto considera este JUZGADO SUPERIOR PRIMERO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO, BANCARIO Y MARÍTIMO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, declara: PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE la ACCIÓN DE AMPARO SOBREVENIDO, incoado en la presente causa por el ciudadano ROBERTO ANTONIO CONTRERAS RAMÍREZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-3.849.666, asistido por la abogada JUDITH MARÍA MARTÍNEZ JIMÉNEZ, inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado bajo el Nro.263.994.
