-IV- DECISIÓN Por todas las razones expuestas, este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS BEJUMA, MONTALBÁN Y MIRANDA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO CARABOBO, administrando justicia, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la ley, conforme a derecho RESUELVE: Declarar suficientes las probanzas evacuadas para asegurarle a los Ciudadanos BELSAHY AGUILAR y DEMETRIO ALEXANDER SEQUERA MENDOZA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nros. V-8.846.752 y V-14.957.232, respectivamente, la posesión y demás derechos sobre las bienhechurías construidas, en porción de TERRENO EJIDO, con un área total de CIENTO DOCE METROS CUADRADOS CON TREINTA Y DOS CENTÍMETROS (112,32 MTS²), y un área de construcción de CIENTO DOS METROS CUADRADOS CON SESENTA Y UN CENTÍMETROS (102,61 MTS²), ubicadas en la CALLE HUGO CHAVEZ FRIA CRUCE CON CALLE FRANCISCO OBISPO, SECTOR 19 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL MUNICIPIO MI.....
